twkeys2First of all I would like to offer my condolences to the family of our City Manager. Secondly I feel obligated to also do the same to the citizens of La Habra, for if this City isn’t dead it is surely dieing. Outsourcing seams to be the answer to bad management and empire building. Since the reign of king Risner, an illegal Mayor who was never lived in our town, projected income has lead managers to over budget city government. It was a shame we lost our Fire Department and if the Police Department doesn’t Police it’s spending we may need to outsource their service too. All one needs to do is drive by the police parking lot to see the horde of unused vehicles and waste of spending. Do we really need specialty police? Although big cities like Los Angeles may find specialty squads essential for quick response and crime prevention, a much bigger crime would be the loss of our own police. It almost seams the amount of money spent by the local police is more than the cost of crime, which in itself is a crime. The deep pockets of our tax base does have a bottom. It seams to me if the local police would enforce residential limits and keep R1 properties from being used as hotels their would be a lot less desperate people in the city to police.

So much more to say but I must get on with my own work.
